Hello, my name is Julia Fokina and we are looking for a Senior Experience Consultant for our Moscow office to make our team even stronger.

As an Experience Consultant at EPAM, you will be a part of a motivated, dedicated, and experienced group of people. Our Design team is responsible for building innovated digital experiences for our customers. We are not looking for just anyone, we require a candidate with the passion, dedication, and skills necessary to deliver world-class products and experiences.


  • Have the freedom to be creative, self-critical, and ambitious
  • Have strong support of our Experience Consultant Lead to plan and lead projects, find creative ways to ensure customer products, provide the best experience for our end-users
  • Work with other members of the Design team, as well as our engineering, QA and BA groups to create interfaces that are attractive, useful, and usable
  • Manage and develop a small team
  • This role will give you experience, ownership, and impact across products, customer segments, and brands
  • With a high level of probability, create UX for the following business domains: Banking, Insurance, Finance Services, Retail/eCommerce or Metal Manufacturing


  • At least 7 years of intensive production experience in Experience Consulting area including creation of the following assets:
    • A Full list of BA documentation including Proposals, Visions, SRS, Use Cases, Various Types of Diagrams, etc
    • Discovery and Research Documentation
    • Presentations for a Client and Team Environment
    • Support Material for Workshops and Proposals
    • Research Reports for Experience Consulting Team
    • UX Briefs and Questionnaires
    • Customer Journey Maps
    • Usability Testing Reports
    • Wireframes and Interactive Prototypes
    • Post Project and Post Workshop Case Studies
    • Etc
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates active participation in many of BA / UX projects and depicts your role on them (both BA and Research activities)
  • Have a solid experience of using modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, etc
  • Have knowledge and experience working within multiple customer verticals including Banking, Insurance and Financial Services
  • Able to create high-quality documentation of designed deliverables
  • Organized self-starter that can deal with ambiguity
  • Problem solver, fast learner and an excellent communicator with a passion for great design and the ability to achieve it
  • Have a significant experience presenting work to and communicating directly with customers
  • Ready to work in a customer’s office (onsite) for a long time
  • Have at least a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level of English
