  • Drive new features from inception to production, working across the company with product managers, UX designers and other stakeholders
  • Create and maintain quality software using best-in-class tools
  • Lead development teams providing technical guidance and workload balancing and management
  • Lead advanced debugging efforts when production and development issues arise
  • Ensure that products deliver business value, are completed on time, have high quality, and minimize technical debt
  • Must be a role model for colleagues
  • Introduces process improvements
  • Participates in staff hiring/career development
  • Provides tactical vision
  • Expected to be self-managing, take technical responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project, work without supervision and test his work thoroughly using test cases
  • Expected to have proven experience in evaluating theoretical knowledge and practical (on-the-job) skills and the seniority level of candidates providing actionable feedback and recommendations on positions/projects matching


  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Must possess great knowledge of Angular
  • CoreJS experience
  • Knowledge of Redux pattern
  • Totally favored with typescript
  • Experience with e2e practice, unit testing
  • Web components experience (stenciljs)
  • Experienced with RxJS and Observables
  • Knowledge of nrwl (monorepo)
  • Fluent with HTML5/XHTML, CSS, and Sass
  • Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, Fiddler etc
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and exposure to Agile or Iterative SDLCs)
  • Experience with ReactJS
  • Customer communications
  • Advanced English Level
