DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to make our team even stronger.

With a clear focus on Talent Acquisition Marketing and Employer Branding, responsible for the development and maintenance of marketing strategies for EPAM’s Poland organization. Working with local marketing team and activities to support external and internal communications, event organization, and publications. Provide a platform to marketing teams to share experiences, ideas and best practices. Works closely together with Marketing Manager to plan, measure, and report execution of the TA marketing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Build up and strengthen EPAM’s employer brand, aligned with the corporate brand values as well as taking local characteristics into account
  • Coordinate marketing planning process, communication/event roadmaps
  • Providing channels and encourage it market to engage with EPAM events
  • Track, measure and report on marketing activities and budgets. Analyze all existing campaigns and events online / offline
  • Creating innovative ways to attract prospective employees
  • Establish and oversee PR/communications plan: online, print and social media and maintain press relations, develop media presence
  • Oversee online presence, including social, career microsites and marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for EPAM’s open and internal events and conference sponsorships
  • Provide copywriting, editorial, design and production support for publications
  • Conduct surveys to continuously measure the employer brand awareness (internal, external)
  • Conduct competitor and market intelligence activities, develop target market positioning

Requirements

  • Strong, proven experience with building and maintenance of employer brand and recruitment marketing
  • Outstanding writing, editing, storytelling and creative skills
  • Deep understating of IT recruitment process
  • Creativity and good sense of style, design skills
  • Solid knowledge of photo and video editing tools
  • Outstanding linguistic skills both in Polish and English
  • Hands-on experience with creation of digital-oriented and content management
  • Expert knowledge of SEO SEM
  • A talent to create content for different types of campaigns (online offline)
  • Understanding of IT-industry and ability to turn a set of technical terms into a melody of words
  • Ability to work in a team environment, provide
  • Communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely
  • Plan work in order to meet established deadlines
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Make decisions individually
  • Strong interpersonal skills
