DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Staffing Coordinator who will be responsible for overseeing workforce planning and project staffing in Kyiv/Ukraine for Cloud and DevOps solution practice positions. The Staffing Coordinator will be a liaison between EPAM’s internal account management and sales teams and the delivery organization and will enjoy a very high level of visibility on workforce planning within EPAM.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business stakeholders to capture staffing demand for new human resources
  • Drive staffing of projects from inception till start of delivery and beyond
  • Handle and resolve staffing related escalations
  • Support decisions on hiring and bench management
  • Cooperate with staffing managers in CIS, EU, US
  • Maintain the list of open positions to track progress
  • Search for possible candidates using all internal staffing channels and involve TA team when needed
  • Screen candidates: organize technical interview and gather feedback using TI service
  • Ensure of proper CV and interview preparation using CV preparation service
  • Track staffing demand on the daily basis
  • Control data quality: check status of open positions, start date, target staffing location, proposed/booked candidates and keep staffing team and business up to date re-next steps/any decisions
  • Ensure available capacity is visible properly to business stakeholders
  • Ensure EPAM’s staffing processes are followed both by business and delivery stakeholders
  • Report on staffing status to management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT or IT-recruitment
  • IT Project/Resource Management experience would be a big plus
  • Creative approach
  • Demonstrated skills in client relationship management
  • Understanding of modern IT landscape would be a plus – major technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks
  • Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timescales and changing priorities
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills (oral and written), ability to adapt delivery style and language to suit the audience
  • Ability to present complex issues and solutions to mixed audiences, where necessary resolving conflict and complexity by delivering practical and agile solutions
  • Strong personal ownership and commitment to quality, desire to contribute and speak up with a view or opinion, and add value by questioning and probing where necessary
  • Self-motivation to take ownership of issues and initiatives
  • Ability to form and maintain key relationships of mutual trust and respect, which fosters a climate of collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
