Project Manager / Scrum Master Toronto, Canada
Project Manager / Scrum Master Description
Job #: 57692Description
We are on a journey towards Agile and need you to be well-versed in the scrum approach to development – comfortable working in partnership with our product owners to create a delivery roadmap that responds to their vision of product evolution. You manage expectations based on a realistic appraisal of velocity, but you have a sense of urgency. You hold your team accountable to operate at their best and in doing so you lead by example.
You also appreciate that the world being what it is, occasional projects impose tight constraints with little opportunity for negotiating scope and where true scrum is not possible; you have the ability to dovetail aspiration and ambition with what is realistically possible, through calm negotiation, open dialogue and above all, hand-on risk and issue management.
