As part of our Business Consulting Practice, the Senior Manager will work across various technical business units, consulting groups, and will partner with clients to support the delivery of Emerging Technology solutions at EPAM with industry preferences in Automotive, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, or Financial Services.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Cloud Solutions Strategy for public clouds in large organization – multi-cloud AWS and Azure
  • Evangelize across multiple business units and stakeholder groups for the shared cloud and for specific business units
  • Provide Business Consulting for public clouds around quantifying business value/cost savings, operational efficiency, security considerations, etc
  • Real-world application of cloud services to business initiatives (e.g. PaaS, centralized data-shared components)
  • Lead strategic engagements, delivering billable client work planning, selecting and optimizing solutions for our valued multi-industry clients
  • Manage and oversee large complex transformational programs
  • Identify and drive business development activities by assessing opportunities, designing solutions, developing proposals/SOWs and establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close new deals
  • Align with EPAM Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Work with our national business consulting team to devise differentiated strategic and technology solutions to help clients solve industry challenges
  • As a Senior Manager, you will help to define EPAM’s go to market value proposition within the market. This includes interfacing with senior leadership to craft regional and industry offerings
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging business and technology challenges, as well as the nuanced differences in markets, business models and geographies in which our clients operate
  • Contribute to thought leadership, such as presentations and white papers, to strengthen industry expertise and marketing efforts

What You Have

  • 10+ years consulting experience within consulting firms
  • Experience with user adoption for public clouds and associated self-service design tactics to accelerate success
  • Ability to balance cloud experience with other strong management and leadership skills, such as expertise in change management and/or program management
  • Comfort working in large complex programs with ability to operate in lean teams with significant hands-on skills
  • Working understanding of agile methodology, agile software development, and agile practices
  • Practical experience in capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating and presenting solutions
  • Proven ability to operate independently at client locations
  • Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate issues to clients
  • Executive level verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Management in a consulting or combination consulting/industry role
  • Strong leadership, communication and influencer skills
  • Industry preferences: Automotive, Retail/CPG, Manufacturing, Financial Services
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree
  • PROSCI Certification for Change Management or PMI for Project Management desired
  • Ability to work in an ever-changing high growth environment
