DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Project Administrator for our Krakow office.

Responsibilities

  • Active communication with IT communities cooperating with customer
  • Participate in organization of events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals
  • Communicating with different stakeholders (communities, higher management)
  • Reporting activities
  • Administrating the process of onboarding new members and agencies to the customers’ IT communities
  • Support for business processes which are in scope of team’s responsibilities (support for travel, events organization, administrative tasks connected to onboarding and offboarding of new community members)

Requirements

  • Work experience min. +1 year
  • Experience with technical developer’s communities in the past would be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills is a must
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Have a passion for change and proactively encouraging new ideas
  • Self-sufficiency – ability to prioritize and manage your own tasks
  • Comfortable to work daily in a multitasking environment
  • Background in project management would be an advantage
  • Service Provider mentality, therefore customer facing experience is a plus
  • Experience with and understanding of Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail) or can learn them very fast
  • English B2+/C1 min. level is a must
  • Any other language would be a plus
