DESCRIPTION

   

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager with a passion for software/platform delivery, customer service and testing/Quality Assurance (QA).

You own “a customer is king” mentality and work meticulously, purposefully, analytically and recognize the individual needs of the customer.

Responsibilities

  • As a software quality assurance expert, you will act as a trusted advisor for new business
  • Your daily tasks include: lead generation, processing existing leads, outbound calls and developing further sales and marketing strategies
  • You identify decision makers at potential customers and present and sell our product at C-level and management level
  • Work full cycle deals from demo complete to close
  • You will present convincing product demos that are tailored to the specific use case of the prospective customer while presenting in a professional manner
  • The reliable maintenance of the CRM system as well as the development of a target customer portfolio in Salesforce to win new customers will be your responsibility
  • Regular forecasts of the expected business results for our management are your daily bread and your tool for success
  • Thanks to your experience you support a team of BDRs as well as new team members professionally
  • As soon as the situation allows it, you will travel regularly, within the DACH region but also internationally, to meet the biggest prospects and participate in relevant events and trade shows

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct sales experience, ideally in IT sales, SaaS, cloud computing, agency, or online sales
  • Consistent track record with above-average target achievement
  • Confident appearance paired with excellent presentation skills
  • Highly self-driven with a hands-on mentality
  • Very good knowledge of English and at best other languages (German preferred), sense of humor and interest in technology
