We are looking for a Project Manager to manage two development teams, about 20 people overall.


  • Work with customer's stakeholders to clarify business goals and requirements
  • Work with the development teams to design a technical solution
  • Create and manage product backlog, ensure its quality and health
  • Own the iteration delivery goals, execution and agile cadence activities
  • Provide transparency for all stakeholders into progress of the team using iteration- and release-level metrics


  • A successful candidate has proven, hands-on experience in:
    • Developing and maintaining a good understanding of stakeholder landscape
    • Keeping stakeholders responsive and proactive in working toward deliverable goals and objectives
    • Breaking down project scope into phases, work increments, and deliverables
    • Writing and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, demo scenarios
    • Data-driven project status reporting
  • Technical background, preferably in related technologies (.NET stack, AWS) would be a plus
