We are looking for a Certified Cloud Security Specialist who will have detailed knowledge of common security threats, security controls, and associated technologies and practices related to securing Google Cloud Platform.

What You’ll Do
- Complete training and successfully pass the exam in the following areas: CompTIA Security+, Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK), Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) etc
- Engage with stakeholders of EPAM Cloud Security / EPAM Cloud Support to understand the current state of cloud security in Microsoft Azure
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvement opportunities / identify risk and relevant mitigating controls
- Account for the development of the Azure Cloud Security Design framework
- Work with the function leads to preparing board-level presentations on observations, gaps, and global remediation roadmap including Cloud Security strategy, remediation plans, and design solutions
- Take responsibility for establishing security requirements needed to provide services securely
- Prepare and enforce standards, guidelines, policies for EPAM Cloud Services
- Drive cybersecurity strategy compliance
- Provide expert advice in the first line of defence initiatives
- Contribute to the development of independent testing controls
- Assist with audit-related issues
What You Have
- 2+ years of practical experience in the Google Cloud Platform cloud environment
- Knowledge of one of the programming languages like Python, Go, or Ruby
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to articulate complex issues and incorporate feedback
- Good team player, strong stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing, facilitating, and presenting skills
- Ability to express views clearly and fluently, both orally and in writing
- Good listening and analytical skills
Nice to have
- Experience in cloud delivery, security, and deployment models for Google Cloud Platform
- Understanding of security processes and utilization of security tools in Google Cloud Platform
- Knowledge of cloud security standards and risk analysis methodology, especially with Cloud Security
