Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and provide guidance to a team of developers and technical professionals
- Implement integration with external systems while ensuring data integrity and quality
- Create scalable and optimized solutions
- Regularly communicate and coordinate with client managers and development teams
- Educate technology departments on new frameworks and best practices
- Analyze current trends in technology architecture
- Explore innovative solutions and technologies for continuous improvement
- Oversee and manage technological risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to make informed decisions
- Coordinate ongoing activities and translate design concepts into IT operations
- Continuously deliver new functionalities, perform maintenance, and provide support
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce platform
- Skills in Salesforce Apex, Automation Processes, CPQ, DevOps, Integration, and Requirements to Solution Mapping
- Proven track record of leading large teams
- Successful delivery of technical projects in a telecommunications or similar domain
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under tight deadlines
- Stress-resistant and can-do attitude
- Strong English communication skills (B2+)
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Conga Composer, MuleSoft, Salesforce DevOps Center
- Familiarity with Salesforce Maps, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Territory Planning
