Do you have a sofware engineering background and strong knowledge in Go? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Senior Go Developer.
Our teams work in highly agile working environments for Fortune 1000 clients, following XP practices and best CI/CD practices. We are looking for a Senior Go Developer with open-minded personality, who can join our friendly environment and become a core contributor to our team of experts.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in full-cycle web application development: design, implement, test, and launch solutions in Go
- Be involved in a code review process
- Develop and maintain microservices in Go
- Integrate with other clients’ systems and applications
- Communicate with the customer to clarify requirements
- Drive the collaboration process with other team members
What You Have
- Experience in Go programming language
- Knowledge of gRPC/Protocol Buffers
- Good understanding of microservice architecture
- Expertise in GoLang coding standards and best practices
- Intermediate English level or higher
- Understanding of software development life cycle and development methodologies
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS Services (RDS, ELB, S3), Docker and Kubernetes
