Responsibilities

• Monitoring of system’s health via monitoring tools
• Management of incoming incidents
• Resolution of normal and standard change and other requests
• Jenkins Platform Support
• Application Pipelines Support

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Jenkins, Vault, JFrog, GitHub and custom pipelines libraries support for development teams
• GCP experience
• Experience in Managing Multi-Vendor Team
• Expertise in getting KT from Multi-Vendor teams
• Work in shifts and be available on call to support a 24x7 operations model
• Work in an agile development team
