DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Budapest or remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Back-end & front-end test automation, taking part in the whole QA process
  • Establish / maintain Test Automation Framework (following trends, technologies & best practices)
  • Analyze functional requirements, design, create and maintain run automated test scripts
  • Help to define and contribute to CI/CD pipeline configuration
  • Issue management, reporting, troubleshooting support
  • Close cooperation with the development team(s), project managers and delivery leads
  • Review test automation code written by other team members and ensure coding standards
  • Provide mentoring support for junior team members regarding test automation approaches & best practices
  • Monitor quality requirements during the development process

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of proven software test automation experience
  • Experienced with at least one programming language (preferably Java)
  • Experience with build tools
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (TestNG, JUnit)
  • Experience with GUI test automation (Selenium)
  • Experience in different test automation approaches (e.g. BDD, DDT, KDT)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in Agile SDLC
  • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive
  • Easy communicator, fits into teamwork, can follow helping guidance
  • English B2 or higher
