DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to join our team in Budapest or remotely.
Responsibilities
- Back-end & front-end test automation, taking part in the whole QA process
- Establish / maintain Test Automation Framework (following trends, technologies & best practices)
- Analyze functional requirements, design, create and maintain run automated test scripts
- Help to define and contribute to CI/CD pipeline configuration
- Issue management, reporting, troubleshooting support
- Close cooperation with the development team(s), project managers and delivery leads
- Review test automation code written by other team members and ensure coding standards
- Provide mentoring support for junior team members regarding test automation approaches & best practices
- Monitor quality requirements during the development process
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of proven software test automation experience
- Experienced with at least one programming language (preferably Java)
- Experience with build tools
- Experience with unit testing frameworks (TestNG, JUnit)
- Experience with GUI test automation (Selenium)
- Experience in different test automation approaches (e.g. BDD, DDT, KDT)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in Agile SDLC
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive
- Easy communicator, fits into teamwork, can follow helping guidance
- English B2 or higher
