Responsibilities
- Lead a team of talented UX designers, collaborating to create exceptional user experiences of the highest quality
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain valuable insights into user needs and pain points
- Develop UX design solutions that effectively address user requirements and align with business goals
- Utilize service design and product design principles to build robust design systems from scratch
- Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistent and user-friendly experiences across all products
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment between UX goals and business objectives
- Mentor and guide junior UX designers, nurturing their growth and professional development
- Stay informed and up-to-date on the latest UX trends and best practices to continually enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in UX design, specializing in product design
- Proficient in facilitating smooth handoff and implementation processes
- Responsible for collaborating with the development team, ensuring follow-up with implementation areas and maintenance after delivering to the Engineering team
- Demonstrated experience in working with design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, effectively communicating design concepts and gathering feedback
- Proven track record in managing design teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling clear articulation of design concepts and ideas
- Adaptable to both independent work and collaborative team environments
- Thrives under pressure, consistently delivering high-quality work within challenging deadlines
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 European Framework)
