We are looking for a proactive People Operations Specialist for our Uzbekistan office.

In this role, you will advise EPAM managers, offering insights on HR-related matters and innovative solutions. You'll take ownership of developing and integrating HR processes within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the day-to-day administrative issues from an HR perspective
  • Conduct constant support during the onboarding and adaptation process of employees
  • Maintain HR processes in daily activities (adaptation, office branding and improvements, administrative issues including work environment, purchasing souvenir products, etc.)
  • Communicate with the managerial team and all unit employees regularly
  • Act as an advisor of EPAM managers on any HR-related issues
  • Provide administrative support in the organization of local and global events
  • Organize team building according to the business needs and team lead's request
  • Maintain benefit package and support employees in matters of benefits
  • Be an expert in the labor law area, providing advice to the business on the changes and acting as the main point of contact for employee inquiries

What You Have

  • Completed higher education
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the HR department as an HR specialist/manager or relevant human resources/administrative position
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of labor legislation in the Republic of Uzbekistan
  • Readiness to take responsibility for own task completion and proper escalation in case of unexpected circumstances
  • B2 level of English, Russian or Uzbek languages

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in IT/international company
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the IT industry and HR trends with the ability to propose relevant HR solution
