Senior Business Operations Specialist Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to enhance our contract management, optimize processes, and boost overall operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in collaborating across various departments, analyzing data, and implementing automation solutions to meet strategic goals effectively.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, negotiation, and review of complex contracts
  • Establish and maintain systems for contract management and documentation
  • Monitor contract compliance, performance, and achievement of milestones
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks
  • Maintain the contract database and manage timely renewals
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for business operations
  • Analyze data to determine trends, pinpoint bottlenecks, and identify improvement areas
  • Prepare and present regular performance and efficiency reports to business unit management
  • Monitor and manage expenses and budgets related to contracts and operations
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Develop and refine an effective, scalable onboarding process
  • Collaborate with the Automation team to design and implement automated solutions for improving contract management and onboarding processes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all contracts and business processes
  • Assist in regular audits and make requisite adjustments to business processes based on legal changes
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to align processes with the company’s overarching objectives

Requirements

  • Upper Intermediate+ English
  • Knowledge of Excel including formulas, macros, and Power Query
  • Solid understanding of corporate financials with experience in P&L analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in contract management and familiarity with compliance requirements
  • Proven skills in project management with an ability to unravel complex processes
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration with senior leadership
  • Continuous self-improvement with keen interest in economic and technical trends
