Business Intelligence Analyst Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with front-line Finance teams to define use cases and ensure that client's financial solution meet user needs, increasing efficiency and productivity.

This position offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client’s office for candidates from Gdansk, Wroclaw, and Krakow.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with other teams to clearly define the specifics of the use case and how client's financial solution will meet user needs, providing increased efficiency and productivity. This includes writing the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and obtaining stakeholder approval
  • Collaborate with BI analysts, Data Scientists and partner Finance analysts to ensure technical design meets the business needs
  • Provide feedback to the product team on how the product can expand to meet additional user needs
  • Drive the Project Plan and timely completion of Tasks in an end-to-end client's financial solution implementation from initial scoping to ensuring the deployed solution enters post-production maintenance
  • Support in maintaining the highest levels of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution
  • Support in maintaining the integrity of data under the purview of the projects, including establishing security procedures to protect and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and data security

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Business and Data Analysis
  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience with program and stakeholder management and strategic planning
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex business processes
  • Ability to implement Analytics and Reporting solutions
  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
