Project Manager (Scrum Master) Description
We are looking for an experienced PM (Scrum Master) to join our team. This role is to support of agile delivery for the project team and would be working with the stakeholder in the Netherlands (working in NL time zone). The scrum master will be overseeing 4 squads of 4-6 pax. As a key member of the team, you will lead the design of enterprise digital products and platforms that deliver value to users and achieve business goals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to creating engaging and delightful solutions by leveraging your design skills and methods. Responsibilities
- Conduct and enhance Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within the teams to ensure alignment and focus on delivering high-quality services
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and other teams to accurately understand requirements, manage expectations, and provide detailed updates on project status and timelines
- Support the creation and maintenance of a high performing team environment
- Work closely with the Delivery Manager to support effective project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification are nice to have
- Demonstrated experience with Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies, and extensive experience conducting Scrum Ceremonies
- Proven ability to effectively manage and communicate with stakeholders remotely, with willingness to work in the NL time zone
- Experience managing multiple squads, ideally 3-4 squads totalling up to 20 team members
- Knowledge of the data domain
- Familiarity with Scrum toolsets preferred
