Scrum Master Description
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team.
This role demands support agile delivery for the project team and would work with the Netherlands' stakeholders.
As a key member of the team, you will lead the design of enterprise digital products and platforms that deliver value to users and achieve business goals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to creating engaging and delightful solutions by leveraging your design skills and methods.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate and enhance Scrum ceremonies to foster the creation of high-performing teams
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and focus on delivering high-quality products
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements, manage expectations, and maintain transparent communication regarding project status and timelines
- Support Scrum teams in achieving their sprint goals by removing impediments and facilitating productivity
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress to all affected teams and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Proficiency in Scrum tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
- Competency in working with remote stakeholders and teams
- Qualifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or Certified Agile Coach
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, along with agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
- Ability to track and communicate team performance metrics effectively
- Flexibility to adapt methods and practices to best fit team needs and project requirements
